In the early stages of a project, I assess the existing conditions, development potential, and key planning parameters, then translate these findings into clear scenarios as a basis for informed decisions.

Design & Permitting
Turning possibilities into a concrete project.
Based on the requirements, the site, and the existing constraints, I develop a clear architectural concept and refine it step by step into a design ready for permitting.
Depending on the project, this includes developing and evaluating design options, coordinating relevant requirements, and preparing the design through the permitting phase.

Planning & Implementation
A strong design must also work in the built detail.
Following design and permitting, I can further develop the project, coordinate consultants, and maintain the architectural quality throughout the subsequent project phases.
The specific scope depends on the scale and requirements of the project. Where needed, I collaborate with appropriate consultants and other project partners.
